4) Jordan Ibe

Jordan Ibe is a fine young 17-year old winger who has bags of pace and potential. He has shown us what he can do at Academy level but now it is time for him to step up to the next level. Brendan Rodgers has not thrust him into the first team yet like he did with Raheem Sterling as Ibe is not quite ready for that but I think he is ready to go out on loan so he can develop his game more.

A loan move to a team in the Championship could prove to be the trick. One just has to look at how well Thomas Ince did by moving down a league from Liverpool and playing regular football.
