Liverpool are considering a £10m bid for FC Twente midfielder Leroy Fer, according to the Metro.

The Reds are considering a number of options following the news that influential holding player Lucas Leiva could be out of action for up to six months.

This has prompted Liverpool manager Kenny Dalglish to look at the overseas market and the Scot has reportedly identified Fer, 21, as someone who could take up Lucas’ role at Anfield.

Fer, who has one cap for the senior Netherlands team, has shown that he has an eye for goal this season with four goals in 12 matches.

I think we must use agger as DM cause he is good ball winner and he is good with the ball, bring in Carra or Coates to jion Skretel in defence, that will work until Lucas is back.
