Charlie Adam arrived at Melwood today (Wednesday) ahead of his move from Blackpool to Liverpool. The two clubs have agreed a fee and now Adam just has to have a medical and agree personal terms before the deal is complete.
It was interesting to see Adam arriving at Melwood in the passenger side of the car whilst Kenny Dalglish himself was driving the car that bought Adam to Melwood. Now if Adam does not get a chill down his spine from this gesture from the King then I do not know what will.

Reminds me of Bob Paisley picking up his new signing from Lime Street station in his cap and slippers!!!, real man-management!!!. Back to the old days with no big fan-fare, nice and quiet then on with business….you gotta love the King!!!!

I’d say a great addition, good player with vision for long passing, more of a ball sprayer from deep. Remember Xabi? he can be the Xabi of our best Premier League season. Hopefully would show the form that he had shown in the last. King Kenny will help him in developing him further, and with Stevie around Adams can mould into a super player, if not world class.
