Carlos Almeida could have scored the world’s fastest goal at 3.2 secs. The striker for FC Oliveira do Hospital scored straight from the kick off against Arganil in the Portuguese fifth tier. FC Oliveira do Hospital won the game 3-0 and promotion at the same time.

    In 1995, ‘Damian Mori’ from Adelaide City from the Australian National Soccer League done exactly the same thing against Syndey United. At the time, they said it was a world record for the fastest goal. It took 3.69 seconds. In the following years someone could have scored a quicker goal.
