You have to love the humour Kenny Dalglsih brings to pre and post match conferences! In the past we looked forward to hearing from Rafa before a game with his often twisted words and phrases but now Kenny has taken it to another level. Dalglish gave his pre-match conference ahead of the Manchester United game this morning and he was quizzed about the availability of Andy Carroll for the game as most of us have been thinking that Carroll will get his Liverpool debut on Sunday.
But Dalglish was tight lipped about Carroll as he said, “Whether he’s involved on Sunday or not – I’m sure Fergie would love to know but we don’t know. He might not even be a substitute – he might be going to see Boyzone!”
This Boyzone jibe comes after Dalglish was spotted at a Boyzone concert a couple of days ago.
In fact, both Kenny and Carroll were spotted at the Boyzone concert.
