Having had a look at some footage of Eljero Elia, one could be tempted to say that Liverpool would be signing a quality player if he does end up joining the club. He has bags of pace and is full of tricks. It would be a joy to finally see an out and out winger playing for Liverpool again.
The video below shows some clips of Elia’s talent. Granted it is only showing the good side of his game, we would have to wait and see how good a player he really is.

great POTENTIAL surely !!! BUT we already have that on Babel, I still believe Babel would be a Legend if he’s given opportunity on Consistent Basis on his preferred position.. JUST DON’T WANNA SEE HIM GOING TO OTHER CLUB AND BECOME 50 mIL PROSPECT… But saying all this We hold on Babel and getting Elia isn’t bad.. !!!!
Babel, Elia, Suarez & Torres competing for places in a front three (ahead of three from Gerrard, Meireles, Lucas Cole, Pacheco, Shelvey, Poulsen etc) would be an elite level attacking force.
The problem is that for whatever reason our manager’s consistently stick with “experienced, hard working” players instead of going with the exuberrant and elecrifying younger generation
EDEN HAZARD for goodness sake, it’s like banging your head against a brick wall. I saw nothing in that video that made him look like a world beater, nor in the World Cup for that matter. He looks cack!
Hazard has a much bigger profile and won’t be joining Liverpool – THAT is the main reason that there is no point in looking at players like him.
As soon as the player becomes available, he’ll be bolting to Madrid, Arsenal, Man U or somewhere like that. And only the most deluded fans would argue that a talented, young player should join Liverpool over those clubs at the moment…
There is nothing amazing about that video, His all about pace and tricks you with agility moving left and right. Against English premiership defenses he would not get away with it
