Liverpool, Manchester City and Juventus are fighting over Paris Saint-Germain starlet Jonathan Ikone, according to France Football.
Ikone is out of contract at the end of the season and could leave for nothing, according to the French newspaper. Juve are said to be leading the chase for the 17 year old as they have already held discussions with the player’s representatives. They made a similar move for midfielder Kingsley Coman back in 2014. Coman, 19, is currently on loan at Bayern Munich.
Ikone has not appeared for PSG’s first team yet but he is a France Under 18 international and has won the European U17 Championship with France. The winger looks to have a great deal of interest from Europe’s top clubs and it will be interesting to see if the Reds do indeed make a move for the player and manage to steal a march on their rivals to complete the signing this summer.
