Liverpool have today confirmed that striker Sheyi Ojo has left the club and joined Wolverhampton Wanderers on loan until the end of the season.
Ojo is still only 18 years old but featured for the Reds on the weekend against Swindon and managed to get himself a goal.
With the arrivals of Origi, Ings and Benteke to Liverpool this summer, chances of Ojo breaking into the first team are slim and a move away on loan seems to be the best thing for all parties. Hopefully Ojo will get his chance at Wolves and develop as a striker.
Before leaving, Ojo signing a new long term contract with Liverpool which signals that the club see a bright future for the young forward and want to keep him on their books.
