Liverpool are yet to make contact with Lille about the prospect of bringing Divock Origi to Anfield this month.
The Reds completed the £10million signing of the 19-year-old striker in the summer, on the agreement he would spend the 2014-15 season on loan at Lille.
But having failed to score in 13 games, reports suggest Lille are open to letting the Belgian international leave early for a fee.
However, president Michel Seydoux has revealed there has been no contact from Liverpool as of yet.
“There is no official offer from Liverpool. For the moment [Divock] Origi is at Lille and we count on him,” Seydoux told La Voix du Nord.
Origi has scored six goals in all competitions for Lille this season.
