Mario Balotelli’s nightmare start to life at Liverpool continued today, with reports claiming the striker is facing a police investigation for allegedly threatening a woman who was taking photographs of his Ferrari.
Balotelli allegedly got “threateningly close” to the woman after she began photographing his vehicle at a housing estate in Wythenshawe, Manchester, this afternoon.
Balotelli was understood to have demanded the woman stop what she was doing.
Greater Manchester Police confirmed the incident had been reported to them, and that they are yet to speak to any of the parties involved.
This will come as yet more bad news for the player and the club , after the Italian striker was criticised by supporters and manager Brendan Rodgers after swapping shirts with Real Madrid defender Pepe at half time of the Reds 0-3 defeat to Real Madrid on Wednesday evening.
