Liverpool’s Glen Johnson and Suso have both been linked with moves to Italy today, according to various reports.

Johnson had previously been linked with a switch to Juventus, but the Express have today reported that Rafa Benitez and Napoli have joined the race for his signature.

Johnson has just a year remaining on his lucrative £110,000 a week contract at Anfield, and is free to talk to other clubs in January.

Suso meanwhile, has been linked with a summer move to AC Milan, with the Daily Star last week claiming he had already agreed personal terms with the Spanish giants.

But the 20-year-old Spaniard has today insisted he remains happy at Liverpool by talking up the quality of training under Brendan Rodgers, despite the fact he is yet to earn a place in a Premier League squad this season.

“He (Rodgers) has done really well since he came here. When he first came he had to change some things and improve the team, which takes a long time, but now we can see all the things he was working with in the past is working now,” he said.

“It’s a Spanish philosophy to play, you always want the ball, don’t lose it and give it to the opposition. It’s really good for me and the team.”

However, Suso is another who has entered the final year of his contract, and could make a cut price move to Milan as early as January.

If not, the Italian’s are keen to sign him on a free transfer next summer.

Would you offer Glen Johnson and Suso new contracts to remain at Anfield? Let us know your thoughts below.
