With the deal to bring Mohamed Salah to Liverpool from Basel seeming to have gone cold now, it is being suggested that Liverpool will be back in the hunt for Ukraine winger Andriy Yarmolenko.
Liverpool were linked with a move for the winger in the summer but that deal did not happen. The 24-year-old, who has impressed on the international stage with Ukraine and is valued at around £15million.
Yarmolenko has scored eight goals in 16 appearances in the league for Kiev this season, and has 14 goals in 38 caps for Ukraine.
A quality winger such as Yarmolenko would be a welcome addition to Liverpool especially if we miss out on Salah.
