Liverpool’s very own wonderkid Sergi Canos grabbed his first goal for the Liverpool Under-18’s on Saturday as the defeated Wolves 2-0. Canos was signed from the famous Barcelona academy in the summer and is being dubbed as a future Liverpool star. It is important that the Reds bring him up well through the Academy and ultimately makes his appearance in the first team.
The young forward was very happy with the win as he Tweeted:

His goal was a very well taken chip over the Wolves goalkeeper which you can see in the video below:
Liverpool’s Under-18 coach, Neil Critchley was happy for Canos as he told Liverpoolfc.com: “We weren’t at our best today but we got the win and it was nice to see Sergi get his first goal.”
