Liverpool have opened negotiations with Ajax about signing winger Anwar El Ghazi, according to Italian website GianlucaDiMarzio. Calciomercato.com have also reported that the 20 year old is interesting both Milan clubs, AC and Inter, but he will cost around 18-20million euros or around £15million.
El Ghazi is believed to be interested in a move to the Premier League but he only wants to discuss his future at the end of the season once the Eredivisie season is over. Ajax and PSV Eindhoven are level on points at the the top of the table with 2 games to go and the right winger has been in good form this campaign for the Dutch club.
He has scored 11 goals and provided 2 assists in 33 appearances so far this season and his strengths lie in dribbling and crossing the ball. He has been a regular in the Ajax team for the past two seasons and made his first two starts for the Netherlands last year against Kazakhstan and the Czech Republic in Euro 2016 qualifiers.
