Liverpool have finally reached an agreement with Sevilla for the transfer of Alberto Moreno, according to the Daily Star.

It is understood the left back will now be pulled out of the squad for tonight’s Super Cup Final clash with Real Madrid, to undergo the formalities on his long-awaited switch to Anfield.

The Reds have been chasing the Spanish left back all summer, with Sevilla initially demanding £20million for the talented defender.

Liverpool valued Moreno at a much lower price however, and despite the stall in negotiations, the Reds are said to have reached an agreement of £12million with the Europa League winners.

The Moreno deal follows the news that Martin Kelly looks to be on his way out of Anfield, with Crystal Palace reported to have agreed a £1.5million deal.

Kelly is looking to restart his career, having barely featured for the Reds since suffering a serious knee injury against Manchester United back in September 2012.
