Liverpool have been given a boost in their pursuit of Marco Reus, after details of the German international’s buy-out-clause were revealed, reports the Daily Mail.

Reus is reportedly available for £19.8million this summer, which will come as a boost to the Reds who had previously expected to pay over £30million for his services.

Reus has been linked with Liverpool, Manchester United, Real Madrid and Bayern Munich this summer, and is yet to sign a new contract with Borussia Dortmund.

That means he is available for a knock-down price, although Dortmund remain reluctant to part with the 25-year-old, and hope he will sign a new contract.

Brendan Rodgers has been urged by supporters to bid for the man who fired 21 goals in 39 matches last season, with the Reds desperate to sign a player capable of scoring goals at a similar rate to Luis Suarez who departed for Barcelona last month.

The defeat suffered in Miami showed that Liverpool need Moreno badly…if they keep dragging their feet, they will lose him..
