Liverpool’s home season cam to an end on Sunday following the 2-0 loss to Tottenham. The players, staff and fans were gutted with the result but that did not stop the fans at Anfield from staying on after the game to see the players and their families take to the Anfield turf and carry out a lap of honour around Anfield to thank the fans for the season.
