United slip against Fulham – We have to win today!

I was over the moon yesterday when I heard that Manchester United had lost 2-0 against Fulham. And to top it off, Chelsea also lost to Spurs. This simply means we HAVE to win today against Villa and close the gap down to one point and take a 3 point lead on Chelsea. We could not have asked for a better situation.

I honestly did not believe Fulham could beat Man Utd but it looks like Scholes’ red card changed the game and thanks to former Red, Danny Murphy for scoring for Fulham. And to make the victory even sweeter, Rooney got sent off too!! Now Vidic, Scholes and Rooney will miss their next league game against Villa.

For those that had thought the league race was over.. think again. We will know in a few hours time after our game with Villa exactly how things stand. I got that feeling that this is now Our Time!
